How are VUDU WULF pieces made?
Every piece is made to order. When you order, our print partner prints it just for you and sends it straight to you. Our range is made to order by our print partners.
Why made to order?
Because we'd rather not fill a warehouse with stock nobody asked for. Printing on demand means less waste, and it means the piece in your hands was made for you, not pulled from a pile.
How long will my order take?
Because each piece is printed after you order, please allow time for printing plus delivery. You'll see the delivery options and estimate at checkout, and we'll email your tracking details when your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address and what's in your cart.
What currency are your prices in?
We're an Australian store and our prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD). If you're shopping from overseas, your local currency may be shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Get in touch through the Contact page as soon as you can. We can usually cancel or change an order before printing starts. Once it's in production, it may be too late.
Can I return something?
Because every piece is made just for you, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind, a wrong size choice or colour preference once printing has started. Please check the size guide before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?
We'll make it right. Contact us with your order number, clear photos of the problem and the packaging, and a short description. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Check the size guide before you order. If you're between sizes, send us a note and we'll help.
Do you do bulk or custom orders?
