Who fulfils orders

Orders are printed on demand and shipped by our third-party print partner. VUDU WULF does not hold this inventory in a private warehouse.

Processing time

Made-to-order items typically need several business days for production before they ship. Exact timing can vary by product and by our print partner's capacity.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Estimates shown at checkout are guides, not guarantees. International orders may take longer due to customs.

Shipping rates

Current shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds (if any) are shown at checkout. Rates are set to cover fulfilment and carrier costs; we review them regularly.

Tracking

When your order ships, you should receive tracking details by email. Use that tracking for delivery status updates.

Customs and duties (international)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee re-routing after an order is in production or transit. Extra carrier fees for incorrect addresses may be the customer’s responsibility.

GST

VUDU WULF is not currently registered for Australian GST. Product prices and shipping do not include a 10% GST charge. This will be reviewed if GST registration becomes required or is chosen voluntarily.
